Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use SlabbedMRR (slabbedmrr.com) ("we", "us"). By adding a startup or using the site, you agree to them.

1. The service

SlabbedMRR reads revenue data from your payment provider with a read-only key, grades it, and shows it as a collectible card with a public page, leaderboard placement and share images. Cards refresh regularly and a new one is minted each month. Some months include a special edition you can unlock by posting on X. The service is free.

2. Adding a startup

• You must be at least 16, and you must own the startup or be authorised by its owner to connect its payment account and publish its revenue.
• Use a read-only key where your provider offers one. Some providers' keys can't be limited to read-only; we still only read.
• You agree that your card, startup details, X handle, photo and the revenue metrics on the card are public and may be shared by anyone.
• Only use an X handle that is yours. We may remove handles or photos that impersonate someone.
• Keep your manage link private. Anyone who has it can edit or delete your startup.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to your startup's name, logo, description and photo. You give us a worldwide, free, non-exclusive licence to store, display, reproduce (including engraved and resized versions) and share them as part of the service, including on share images and in posts that showcase SlabbedMRR. This licence ends when you delete your startup, except for copies already shared by others.

4. Our content

The SlabbedMRR name, logo, card designs, edition artwork and the site are ours. You may share your card and its images; please don't copy our designs to build a competing service.

5. Acceptable use

Don't connect accounts you aren't authorised to use, try to manipulate your numbers or rankings, interfere with the service or its security, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful. We may remove startups or cards that break these terms, look fraudulent or misleading, or that we're asked to remove by the rights holder.

6. Data and accuracy

Numbers come from your payment provider and our calculations, which can contain delays or errors. Cards and rankings are for showcase only: they are not financial statements, audited figures or investment advice, and shouldn't be relied on for decisions. 7. Availability and changes

We provide SlabbedMRR "as is" and "as available". We may change, pause or end any part of it, including editions, grades and designs, at any time.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to €100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

9. Ending

You can stop any time by deleting your startup and revoking your key. We may suspend or remove access if you break these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; we'll change the date at the top. Continuing to use SlabbedMRR means you accept the update.
